Job Title: ERP Specialist with Accounting Background Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Long-Term Contract Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with a strong accounting background to join our team for a long-term project. This role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and ideally NetSuite. The selected candidate will work closely with Hazem to build proof of concept solutions, leveraging their expertise in accounting systems, financial reconciliations, and ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, particularly Hazem, to develop and refine proof of concept for ERP solutions. Implement and configure ERP systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and, if possible, NetSuite. Perform financial reconciliations (Recon) and manage the General Ledger (GL) within the ERP system. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Integrate and support QuickBooks in alignment with ERP systems for accounting purposes. Ensure seamless data flow and financial integrity across systems. Provide technical and functional support during the ERP implementation and beyond. Assist with the training and support of end-users to maximize the effectiveness of ERP solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ERP functionality, accounting processes, or data integrity. Stay updated on the latest ERP technologies and accounting software trends to provide innovative solutions. Qualifications: Minimum Experience: 5+ years in ERP implementation and management, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics; experience with NetSuite is a significant plus. Accounting Background: Strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in Recon, General Ledger, and financial reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Excel, and QuickBooks. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in building proof of concept solutions for ERP systems. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite. Familiarity with additional financial software and tools.
