Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Perform technical aspects of software development. Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation. Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments. Empower teams to automate deployments in test or production environments. Ensure team adheres to security and regulatory best practices. Leadership: Take accountability for the teams success in achieving their goals. Drive the teams strategy and prioritize initiatives. Influence team members by challenging the status quo, demonstrating risk-taking, and implementing creative ideas.
