Assist subject matter experts with gap analysis / process definition and system enhancements and will provide a high level of service for break-fix incidents and requests. Builds a technical solution by taking business requirements and configuring the systems to support the business requirements Needs to navigate multiple layers governance, this includes cyber security governance and process, procedure protocol governance. Needs establish collaborative relationships with various project stakeholders and be able to describe concepts in simple business parlance, and in more granular detail for technical teams. This person will work across multiple business areas to integrate technical solutions into business processes: Supply chain operations, Information Security, Enterprise Systems (SAP/MS Active Directory), basic Payroll best practices and technical/executive level Crisis Communications.
