Role Description:

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain data
pipelines using GCP services, primarily BigQuery.

Develop and manage ETL workflows using
Airflow to automate data processing tasks.

Optimize data storage solutions for
performance and scalability within the Google Cloud environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to gather and analyze data requirements and ensure effective data
solutions.

Monitor and improve the performance of
data systems and data quality.

Manage version control using GIT,
ensuring all code is well-documented and follows best practices.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data
extraction, transformation, and loading.

Utilize Python to develop scripts and
manage data processing tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline
issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer
with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially
BigQuery.

Strong proficiency in Airflow for
workflow orchestration.

Expertise in SQL for data manipulation
and querying.

Proficient in Python programming for
data-related tasks.

Experience using GIT for version control
and collaborative development.

Ability to work in an Agile environment
and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail.

Excellent communication and
collaboration skills.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
