Job Title: ServiceNow Developer SAM/HAM/ITOM Implementation Specialist Location: Remote Work Hours: Must be flexible to work PST hours Visa Requirements: US Citizen or Green Card holders Only Must Have any one: 1. CIS HAM Certification 2. CIS SAM Certification 3. CAD Certified Developer Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in SAM (Software Asset Management), HAM (Hardware Asset Management), and ITOM (IT Operations Management) implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, focusing on SAM Pro, HAM, and ITOM implementations. This role requires someone who can work independently, handle a fast-paced environment, and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: SAM Pro Implementation: Lead and execute hands-on development for ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring effective software asset management practices are implemented. HAM Implementation: Develop and implement solutions for hardware asset management using ServiceNow, following best practices. ITOM Implementation: Handle end-to-end ITOM processes, including but not limited to discovery, service mapping, and event management. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and solution architects to define and implement asset management standards. QA/UAT Support: Perform QA/UAT to ensure data integrity and successful deployment of solutions. Scripting and Integration: Develop scripts and integrations for SaaS applications like Microsoft and Adobe, ensuring seamless operation and asset tracking. Documentation: Document processes, standards, and any customizations for future reference and knowledge sharing. Must-Have Skills: 1. ServiceNow SAM Implementations: 5+ years of hands-on experience. 2. ServiceNow HAM Implementations: 5+ years of hands-on experience. 3. ServiceNow ITOM Implementations: 5+ years of hands-on experience.
