Job Description: Please find the below JD for a combined AEM Assets and Sites resource. We are looking for someone at an engineer level to provide subject matter expertise, consultation and best practice guidance to QC plans and execution for an implementation of AEM Sites and Assets (this resource will not be doing the building, they will be overseeing and QCing the Vendor doing the building from a technical lens) The ideal candidates will possess the following: Bachelors degree in Computer science, engineering, or prior experience in software development systems 4-6 years experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites (CMS) and Assets (Enterprise DAM). Functional understanding of the entire Adobe Experience Cloud and how they work together, particularly Workfront and its integration with AEM Experience creating OSGI bundles, AEM Templates/Components, Workflow. Ability to identify and document functional and technical requirements. Experience recommending overall solution design. Strong skills in creating solutions and presenting to customers. Good in Java/J2EE skills and OOPS with proficiency design patterns. Good understanding and work experience of Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.) and knowledge of CRX and Apache Sling. Familiar with UML diagrams (Usecase, Class, Sequence, Activity, Deployment). Should have experience in designing modules and components. Experience with more than one end-to-end implementation of AEM. Understanding of performance optimization and scalability in AEM. Thorough understanding of AEM Security model with understanding of SSO. Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search etc. Knowledge of Edge Delivery Services Integration of AEM with other CMS platforms Understanding of AEM as a Cloud Service.
