Will also execute these processes on occasion.- 3+ years of professional experience documenting and operationalizing processes and providing work direction to teams executing those processes.- 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in Service Delivery or Operations organizations.- Is a strong communicator and has a strong customer service attitude.- Learns and adapts quickly.- Has some Information Security background (preferred, but not required).
