Role Description:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated
test scripts and frameworks.

Collaborate with developers to create
and execute test plans for features.

Implement automated testing for web,
mobile, and API platforms.

Perform performance, load, and stress
tests for system scalability.

Identify, document, and track software
defects.

Work with cross-functional teams to
understand product functionality.

Participate in code reviews to ensure
testability and quality.

Improve testing processes, tools, and
automation practices.

Mentor junior team members in testing
and automation.

Ensure compliance with quality standards
and testing guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in software
development and/or testing roles.

Proven experience in building and
maintaining test automation frameworks.

Experience in automated testing for web,
mobile, and APIs.

Proficiency in programming languages
(e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).

Experience with automation tools (e.g.,
Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g.,
Jenkins, GitLab) and version control (e.g., Git).

Strong understanding of software testing
methodologies (unit, integration, functional, performance).

Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g.,
Postman, REST Assured).

Experience with performance testing
tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Strong problem-solving skills and
attention to detail.

Excellent communication and
collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile
environment.
