Position: Business Analyst with Recent Financial Industry & Atlassian Tools experience Must have 3+ years with recent financial /banking domain Location: Onsite, Manassas, VA Any visa no H1 Contract C2C/w2/1099 near by relocation works Must Share One manager Reference Needed junior level profile Required Skills: Analytical skills to understand a system and interaction of components in it. - (6-9) Exposure to Azure Cloud environment - (1-3) Knowledge of Atlassian tools - (4-5) Knowledge of tools for producing functional overview and system interaction diagrams. - (6-9) Knowledge of UML including sequence and activity diagrams - (4-5) UX Requirements using wire diagrams where needed. - (1-3) Ability to critically process multiple sources of information and influence choices. - (6-9) Customer oriented and quality mindset - continually strive to deliver true customer value. - (6-9) Excellent in follow ups and collaboration with stakeholders. - (6-9) Fluent in English - Yes / No Exposure to Financial Messaging Applications - (4-5) Description We are looking for a business/functional analyst who excels in translating business needs and requirements into technical functionalities and specifications for large size/complexity/system risk projects ensuring customers' business problems are solved. This role encompasses a wide collaboration with several stakeholders such as Enterprise Architects, Solution Architect, Business Analyst and developers, across different tribes/groups. You will gather, define and maintain functional requirement specifications in collaboration with stakeholders, ranging from customers, marketing specialists, software developers, quality assurance testers, or customer support specialists You will translate customers business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, and validate proposed solutions to technical and/or business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions and constraints You will produce documents and artefacts with expected high quality and details. You will demonstrate your ability to manage multiple sources of information and master the specification of solutions based on a wide spectrum of technologies and techniques, such as web services, distributed architecture, micro-services, You will prepare and conduct requirement workshops, walkthrough, critical review and presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives You will support testers in qualification cycles such as understanding of business scenarios and define acceptance/exit criteria You will work in a truly international environment with main hubs across 3 continents Qualifications Professional skills Autonomous, empowered with the ability to drive, adapt and respond to change Customer oriented and quality mindset we continually strive to deliver true customer value Open-minded, solutions oriented, and a team player gaining energy through collaboration with others As needed, willing to collaborate in-person at office.
