Role: Network Analyst / Field service engineer, Only GC,USC- C2H Position Location: Hopkins/Wayzata Duration: 12 Months JD: Key Skills/Knowledge: Basics of Networks and Cisco hardware CCNA in Progress preferred but not a requirement Knowledge on office products like word/excel/Email Hardware support Remote console cable, Hotspot and ability to follow remote instructions Inventory and asset record tracking Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment Shipping, Receiving and Organizational storeroom support for the Winnipeg Depot Maintains inventory of network devices and related peripheral hardware Documents, maintains, and keeps track of inventory Communicating clearly in written and verbal form Hands on support for remote network engineers for config, shipping, receiving and lab support Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables Support implementing/executing infrastructure- projects (small projects) only locally within the location. 50% onsite travel needed for smart hand support. Anywhere from 2 days to a week.
