Responsible for managing a team of QA analysts and testers who are responsible for testing the products developed by the dev team Responsible for successful delivery of the projects assigned to the team Responsible to collaborate with other stakeholders to understand dependencies and plan activities Responsible for creating taking metrics to ensure each step of the QA process is documented. Design, create and execute manual and automated test cases under Databricks and ETL workstream Responsible for Test plan and test case documentation Assign tasks, set goals and monitor progress Should be a team player in agile environment Should be able to interact with business OPS and handle any escalations Should be strong in communication skills and technical verbiage Skills: Should have good hands-on QA experience on Cloud (AWS and Databricks) Developing notebooks for QA activities using python/pyspark and scripting Should have good hands-on experience on building complex and effective SQLs Realtime experience on building testcases which will cover all possible scenarios and reduce regression issues Should be able to manage QA activities in more than one assignment in parallel Should be able to unblock/Guide QA team on critical tasks Review and document test results in JIRA for future audit Stay updated on latest testing tools and methodologies.
