Sound knowledge in Power Platform including Power Pages, Model Driven, Power Automate, Power BI and Canvas Apps Writing technical specs/ technical user stories/design documents Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment Be the Voice of the Customer; Share insights and best practices, and connect with Engineering teams to remove key blockers Security role and permission Deployment including CICD and test automation Configuration/Customization - BPF, Email configuration, Ribbon XML, Forms, views, etc. Good coding skills in C#, building PCF controls, Azure Functions, TypeScript, and React (preferred). Web resources/External components reference Integration and data migration (using ADF) concepts Dataverse Entity, fields, publisher, etc. Business process Automation Plugin, Web API, workflows, cloud flows, business rules Azure and AI fundamentals Coordination and guiding team Good knowledge in compliance - data, accessibility, UI/UX, Security Experience working with Offshore team Excellent communication skills.
