Lead project management and process optimization for BlueCherry and associated systems, focusing on efficiency and scalability. Support omni-channel integration processes, including order lifecycle and inventory management systems. Utilize programming skills (preferably in Python) to develop custom reporting tools that serve internal and external stakeholders. Integrate and manage APIs for platforms such as Shopify, enhancing our e-commerce capabilities. Implement security best practices and governance across a variety of technology platforms including Microsoft 365. Architect and oversee the migration of file and app servers to Azure Cloud, aiming to enhance scalability and reduce recovery times. Foster cross-departmental collaboration, extending IT support to include non-traditional areas like EDI and sales. Champion a culture of flexible working arrangements, ensuring seamless operational flexibility and high employee satisfaction. Implement and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard data and ensure continuity of operations. Manage the IT budgeting and planning process for capital and operational expenditures.
