The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on monitoring enterprise applications, interacting with vendors, and understanding data flows from JD Edwards into other enterprise applications. Responsibilities Monitor current applications and act as a liaison with vendors for any change requests or break fix requests from the business. Lead and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) once the third-party requires change request approval from the business. Translate transactional data into a Business Requirements Document (BRD) for the third-party software development team. Maintain and understand data flows of SQL/Oracle databases from JD Edwards into other enterprise applications. Debug data within JD Edwards /SFC setting filters and locating the source of error. Handle Business Requirements Documentation. Manage API Integrations: data flows coming from JD Edwards into Salesforce and other web applications. Work with Middleware TIBCO is a plus. Conduct Business Requirements gathering and documentation. Manage project with third-party applications vendors for break/fix, enhancements, and change request.
