Job Title: IAM Resource Location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte ,NC or Raleigh, NC(onsite) Job type: Contract Duration: Long-Term Job Description: Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC). Define policies and procedures related to IAM functions. Demonstrate understanding of security concepts and experience in writing UNIX /Database SQL, Java code and XSLT scripts. Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP). Hands on experience on databases (SQL, Oracle) and scripting languages (e.g., Power, JavaScript). Must have hands on experience with Power scripts Excellent understanding and skills related to all aspects of identify management, including access lifecycle and identify lifecycle management from user provisioning to de-provisioning. Experience to Identity and Access Management design, define, and implement processes and manage tools that are necessary to ensure the stability and performance of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Responsible for operation - supporting and maintaining complex Identity Management systems which are used to provide security for client's most sensitive systems and critical applications. Must have strong OIM experience: Design and Implementation experience with OIM. Integrate and configure connectors for app integration, Configuration of Roles, Policies and Certifications for governance compliance. Build and Configure OIM in-built tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, schedule tasks, correlation, and Configuration and development of OIM Life Cycle Events (LCM). Develop custom OIM Build Map Rules and Workflows as per the business needs. Participate in all OIM deployment activities connector configuration, custom rule development, workflow configuration and development, third party system integration. Strong understanding of Active Directory and MS Azure Entra ID. Understanding of OAuth authorization and OIDC authentication processes, securing Web APIs, HTTP authentication, TLS handshakes, and PKI concepts. Understanding of Federated identities using SAML. Ability to troubleshoot authentication and authorization problems, identify causes, and develop/test/implement solutions.
