In this role, you will ensure that data in our platform is validated, cleaned, and ready for any reporting and analytics work. You will work closely with the business intelligence, clinical program, product, and engineering teams to understand data needs, validate ETL summary reports, monitor jobs, and troubleshoot complex issues. The work will be fast-paced and project-based, with evolving needs - requiring scrappiness, flexibility, curiosity, and grace under pressure. What you will do: Partner with key business users and stakeholders to resolve data issues and validate procedures and results. Enhance and maintain a scalable quality check process, ensuring data integrity by identifying and resolving anomalies, missing data, and validation issues. Develop and review ETL summary reports, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data transformations. Coordinate with the engineering team to create automation and efficiencies in production jobs. Build benchmark data source for internal analytics users. Test and validate implementation results with the stakeholders. Create and maintain a comprehensive data issue log to track and manage resolution progress. Work with business analysts to understand what data we have and monitor production jobs Ensure data quality, for example: Perform and review quality checks on incoming, outgoing and aggregated data in order to identify data anomalies. Map and specify target data requirements and associated data transformations and validations Your background & requirements: 5+ years data experience at company where health outcomes were critical to the mission, healthcare analytics or a population health organization Passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system and helping ensure every patient receives the best care possible Self-starter, able to work independently, able to succeed in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment Proficient in ETL infra and languages like Spark, PySpark, Python and SQL Extensive experience in deploying and managing ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow GitHub: Experience with version control, branching, and collaboration on GitHub is a must-have Familiarity with AWS suite tools including but not limited to Athena, Sagemaker, Glue, EMR, CloudWatch, etc. Strong analysis and validation skills Strong interest and understanding of EMR data, Claims and SDOH data Excellent interpersonal skills to work with end users to develop metrics Knowledge of STARs, HEDIS and other clinical / financial metrics in healthcare Ability to understand and work with large quantities of data to identify trends, errors and gaps Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects in various stages of development Strong Excel and other MS Office tools skills Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Salesforce and Kibana, preferred Bachelors or Masters degree in STEM, public health, finance, economics, or other related field Thanks & Regards, Megha US IT Recruiter | InfoLogitech, Inc. 3 Independence Way, Suite 117, Princeton, NJ - 08540.
