Role Description:

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using
Azure DevOps tools to support the development and deployment of
applications.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration
management, and application deployment in Azure environments.

Manage, monitor, and optimize SQL Server 2019
databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and availability.

Collaborate with development teams to define
infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration with
applications.

Implement and maintain version control systems,
build automation, and continuous testing pipelines.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related
to Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL Server databases.

Ensure the security, backup, and disaster recovery
policies are in place for SQL Server databases and related infrastructure.

Support and improve the existing build and release
processes by identifying areas of improvement and applying best practices.

Provide documentation and training to internal teams
on Azure DevOps processes, SQL Server best practices, and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a
focus on Azure DevOps services.

Proficient in setting up and managing CI/CD
pipelines using Azure DevOps tools (Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts,
etc.).

In-depth experience with SQL Server 2019, including
performance tuning, indexing, backups, and query optimization.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code
(IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and
infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.

Experience in scripting with Power, Bash, or
Python for automation tasks.

Knowledge of Git version control and experience with
branching and merging strategies.

Familiarity with containerization technologies such
as Docker and Kubernetes.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting
skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a
focus on teamwork.
