We have job opening for the below role. Role: SAP GTS Location: Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management. Analyze business processes related to global trade and recommend best practices using SAP GTS solutions. Provide end-to-end support during project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP GTS. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP GTS configurations, customizations, and user processes. Monitor and maintain SAP GTS system health and performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Manage integration between SAP GTS and other SAP or non-SAP systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability. Ensure compliance with trade regulations, including export/import control laws and regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR, and EU dual-use regulations). Perform regular system updates and upgrades, staying current with SAP GTS functionalities and features. Provide post-go-live support and training to end users, addressing any system or process-related issues. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline trade operations and compliance efforts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP GTS modules, including Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management. In-depth knowledge of global trade regulations and customs processes. Proven experience in SAP GTS implementation, configuration, and support. Strong understanding of integration between SAP GTS and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) and external systems. Experience with handling complex trade scenarios, sanctions, embargoes, and risk management in a global environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders. SAP certification in GTS is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
