All candidates submitted must be screened properly, local to NYC 10+ years of experience Required Skills and Qualifications: PeopleSoft Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM & Pension Administration, including configuration expertise in pension administration module tables and calculation phases. Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in People Tools, People Code, SQR, App Engine, and COBOL. Ability to stay updated on technical solutions and their applicability at MTA. Security Awareness: Ability to recognize when a process requires additional controls and implement appropriate procedural changes. Adherence to MTA IT procedures and standards. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, planning, and project management skills. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form to users at all levels of the company. Experience: Recent experience in implementing integrated pension administration solutions in the public sector. Preferred Qualifications: Pension Configuration: Experience with pension configuration rate details and rate card classes. Security Expertise: In-depth knowledge of application and infrastructure security.
