QA With FHIR MOI: webcam Visa: USC & GC Rate: $45 - $48 Max Remote 100% Job Description: The Testing Specialist will test API endpoints for six key FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API testing and be proficient in using Postman. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to validate the correctness of the data against our local Datawarehouse. We are migrating from their current InterOp platform to Onyx. The Onyx team is validating the ingestion process. The tester must validate the final output against local data to ensure correctness. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts for API endpoints related to six FHIR resources. Utilize Postman for API testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security. Compare and validate API data against local Datawarehouse to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the API. Collaborate with the development team to resolve identified issues. Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases. Provide regular updates on testing status, issues, and progress to the project team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in API testing and using Postman. Strong understanding of SQL and experience in querying Data Warehouses. Familiarity with FHIR resources and healthcare data standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
