The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring quality through testing processes. You will collaborate with both business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements. Analyze and improve business processes. Create and execute test plans, cases, and ensure solutions meet business needs. Communicate with stakeholders and serve as a bridge between teams. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts. Maintain process and test documentation. Qualifications Experience : 7-8+ years as a Business Analyst, previous 2+ years in Testing/QA. Skills : Knowledge of QA/testing tools, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with Agile/Scrum, and familiarity with SQL (optional). Education : Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field. Preferred Certifications CBAP, ISTQB, or similar.
