Key Responsibilities: Perform software packaging and testing, ensuring compliance at local and global levels. Create and implement Group Policies. Provide incident resolution support to ensure end-user satisfaction. Build applications/packages in Intune Win format. Collaborate with Application Owners to ensure proper packaging and testing of applications. Document software distribution steps and communicate expected outcomes to end-users. Develop Power scripts for process automation. Work closely with the EUC Platform Manager to support the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems. Required Qualifications: Expert knowledge of MSI/EXE installers. Expert knowledge using PSAppDeploy Toolkit. Expert knowledge in creating and working with MST files. Proficiency in packaging/repackaging software. Excellent scripting knowledge in Power, Batch, and VB. Experience with Flexera Admin Studio or equivalent software. Experience with Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and SCCM. High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in information technology. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience in Management Information Systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with industry-standard software packaging tools like Flexera Admin Studio. Experience with tools like ServiceNow and Active Directory. Hardware troubleshooting experience. Strong understanding of Group Policies and Intune policies. Advanced Power scripting skills, with experience in automating processes. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows 365, and Office 365.
