The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics solutions and will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics applications. Responsibilities: - Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, tailoring them to meet business needs. - Current System Analysis: Analyze business processes and requirements to provide optimal solutions and workflows within the Microsoft Dynamics environment. - Development: Develop and deploy custom plugins, workflows, and integration solutions as needed. - Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics applications. - Training: Train end-users on system usage and best practices to maximize the benefits of the software. - Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and user guides. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless implementation and user experience.
