Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role :: Workday HCM/FIN Test Manager Location :: Detroit, MI(Onsite) Type :: Contract Job Description: This role will collaborate with the ERP Systems Integrator, ERP Functional and Technical workstreams, Kainos Automation Testing vendor , existing Workday HCM Business and Technical Release team, Testing CoE to drive testing (all phases of Workday implementation, automation, and regression testing ). The candidate will support test design, test case creation, test automation, and test execution Over 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM and/or FIN required Experience in a at least 1 full cycle Workday HCM and/or FIN implementation Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices Hands on experience in Agile methodology In Depth Experience with Workday test process for integrations testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and regression Testing Experience with Kainos automation software Proven project management skills including experience with project management tools (i.e. Jira, qTest, PowerBI, Excel). Excellent problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills Applies creative solutions and strong problem-solving skills with agility. Led test management from a customer side or projects managed by a Systems Integrator Sourcing risk awareness skills and management of risk. Forecasts the risk, evaluates the severity and makes efforts to mitigate without impacting the overall testing timelines. Manage multiple streams of work simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
