This role will lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews as well as Coach the team and organization on Agile and Scrum practices, with a focus on the unique needs of the CPG industry. This includes product lifecycles, go-to-market strategies, and supply chain complexities. They will support the product owners with backlog and stakeholder communication, guide the team towards continuous improvement and monitor team progress during sprints, ensuring alignment with sprint goals using metrics such as burndown charts or velocity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within the CPG industry specifically within Master Data Management projects/ portfolio.
