Position: Workday PSA Consultant Location: Remote Duration : Long Term Contract Visa : USC/GC Preferred About Job: For implementation, prefer certified. Can help Non certified consultants to get certified. They will have to have the experience for more than one PSA implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation of Workday, with a specific focus on Professional Services Automation (PSA). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing processes and requirements, translating them into effective Workday PSA solutions. Design and configure Workday PSA solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Provide hands-on expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment in the PSA domain. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful and timely Workday PSA implementation. Train and mentor team members and end-users on Workday PSA functionalities. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience with Workday implementation, with a focus on Professional Services Automation (PSA), including Contracts and Projects modules. Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design Workday PSA solutions that meet complex organizational needs. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
