Contribute to projects: hands-on support to running programs of AI supported driver based performance forecasting, and Generative AI driving virtual assistant. Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute a digital innovation strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives, keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, through AI/ML solutions Idea Generation: Foster a culture of innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize innovative ideas, processes, and solutions, with a focus on solving complex problems and advancing the state-of-the-art in AI and ML technologies. Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and tools that can be leveraged for process optimization, product development, and sustainability initiatives. Prepare withe papers, technical reports, and documentation to communicate finding and progress6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including research and development teams, customers, and partners, to co-create innovative solutions. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with innovation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies. Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success of innovation projects and provide regular progress reports to senior management reports, and documentation to communicate finding and progress Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including research and development teams, customers, and partners, to co-create innovative solutions.
