JD : The Opportunity Were looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support the Employee Experience Design team in the Adobe Technology Services organization. The scope of this role includes driving continued growth and adoption of our internal Design Thinking framework. The goal is to promote deeper learning and establish uniform processes across the organization. Responsibilities Work with external vendors to lead Design Thinking training activities for internal technology teams Create and deliver engaging and effective communications about Design Thinking resources available to teams to drive continued growth and adoption of the framework Design, develop, deliver and manage communications about our program and project impact such as case studies, internal messaging and project materials to maintain support throughout the organization Build community to increase awareness and desire to apply the Design Thinking framework, as well as reinforce and maintain new behaviors teams are learning Work with the team on developing internal marketing priorities and defining strategy Collaborate closely with global and regional partners in Adobe Technology Services Help track success metrics ensuring we are meeting business targets Job Requirements Certification and/or hands-on experience applying Design Thinking practices in a professional environment and projects Demonstrated ability to develop influential communications and messaging 2-3 years experience leading high profile projects, including identifying requirements, managing partner expectations, and communicating risks and dependencies Experience in managing vendors and outside content producers Demonstrated ability to drive large meetings or trainings and while keeping attendees engaged Excellent spoken and written English Bonus: Experience with internally facing Technology, Digital Workplace, Enterprise and/or Employee Experience fields Bonus: You have experience in managing creative teams of content producers, content strategists, instructional designers, and curators.
