Own and monitor critical Service Delivery Platform modules, including performance, security, troubleshooting, and design improvements. Oversee code reviews and approve all changes for owned modules. Translate functional/non-functional requirements into tasks and plan sprints. Manage software delivery plans and risks. Assist with technical roadblocks and mentor development teams. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience. 9+ years of software development experience, with a focus on APIs and system integration. 2+ years of technical team lead experience. Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, GoLang). Experience with DevOps (on-prem, AWS, CI/CD). Experience managing production-ready systems.
