Position: HubSpot Solution Consultant Location: Fully Remote Duration: 6+ months contract Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video Job Description: Responsibilities: HubSpot Implementations: Lead and manage end-to-end HubSpot implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals and project timelines. Data Migrations: Oversee and execute complex data migrations, ensuring the seamless transition of data from legacy systems to HubSpot. HubSpot Administration: Serve as the HubSpot administrator for clients, managing configurations, workflows, and technical optimizations. HubSpot Integrations: Design and implement HubSpot integrations with third-party tools and systems, enhancing the revenue tech stacks efficiency. Proof of Concept Development: Build and present technical proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate HubSpot's value to prospective clients in pre-sales and post-sales engagements. Technical Solution Architecture: Collaborate with developers and technologists to architect and deliver technical solutions and integrations tailored to client needs. Manage client relationships, provide regular project updates, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional delivery. Required Experience and Skills: Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with HubSpot. Revenue Technology Stack Expertise: Experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, sales engagement, survey tools, account-based marketing (ABM) tools CPQ tools, and other revenue tech solutions. Specific Experience with Gong & Clay: Proven experience with these tools will be highly advantageous. Ideal Candidate Traits: Strong communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to work directly with clients. Agency Experience: Previous experience working in a consulting or agency environment is highly desirable. Business & Tech Savvy: Ability to balance business objectives with technical requirements, ensuring the delivery of both effective and efficient solutions.
