What Youll Get to Do: Monitor and support encounter data submissions to DHCS. Identify and resolve DHCS claim rejections daily. Coordinate remediation efforts with internal partners (configuration/provider services). Identify trends and discrepancies. Partner with health plan operations on provider, member and claims data as it relates to the encounter data and processing. Youll Bring these Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years working in the QNXT Version 6.0 or higher. Recent experience working claims and encounter processing. Experience in analysis and submissions of claims data in a healthcare setting. Experience with EDI solutions and/or EDI related programs. Knowledge of all HIPAA EDI protocols, X12 transaction sets and other EDI processing standards including the 837 and 835. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity and comfort working within the Agile methodology. Willingness to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours throughout the project. Claims Coding Certification (Medical) highly desired.
