Duration: 6+ Months Visa: US Citizens and Green Card holders Mode of Interview: Skype Compensation: $120K to $160K per year, plus benefits and bonuses upon contract completion.Must-Haves: Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Architect or in a senior technical role. 10+ years of overall IT experience. Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices principles. Strong knowledge of modern architectural and design patterns, along with experience in container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Familiarity with message queuing technologies like Apache Kafka. Hands-on experience with databases and data modeling. Lean & Agile Values: Demonstrated experience working in a Lean and Agile environment, fostering cooperation, transparency, and teamwork. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Team Size: 5-15 members.Preferred Skills: Experience with middleware: FTP, OBJEX, MQ, DataStage. Exposure to enterprise integration technologies. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven track record of setting and achieving goals with minimal supervision.Remote Work Option: Hybrid Role: 2 days on-site preferred.
