Duration: 6+ Months Need only GC EAD AND GC AND USC AND H4 EAD only NO h1B or CPT and OPT visas Job description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying Kubernetes GKE, Cloud SQL, no-SQL Databases, Big Query, Big Query ML. Candidate should be very familiar with GCP networking services and constructs, identity management, cloud-native monitoring, and governance controls. The candidate will work in concert with the cloud operations teams for monitoring leveraging the best-in-class observability tooling. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure as code and the ability to design public cloud enterprise-class infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and manage robust, secure, scalable, highly available, and dynamic solutions on Google Cloud. * Support Architects and Applications in the deployment of solutions * Introduce templates and patterns to enable self-service deployments for development, migration and infrastructure teams. * Deploy applications in Kubernetes GKE, manage databases, and handle networking tasks with VPC. * Deploy policy as code for Service Policies which govern a regulated cybersecurity framework (HIPAA/HITRUST) * Use DevSecOps tools to enforce configuration drift rules * Build services to autoscale (up or down) * Understanding of how to deploy Apigee and Istio to support modern API and service mesh * Deploy and Manage Google Pub Sub * Implement the design of ingress/egress, service mesh, helm charts, container registry and namespace convention. * Deploy database as a service (DBaaS) using private service connect to solve for network transitivity and security access applied to Alloy DB, FireStore and Cloud SQL * Key understanding of applying Google Best Practices for architecture to software-defined infrastructure and modern application architecture. * Implement recommendations on cloud native identity and access management with storage of secrets. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions on Google Cloud. * Proven experience with Kubernetes GKE, Cloud SQL, GCP networking, Security strategies and monitoring. * Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles. * Familiarity with NIST 800-53 cybersecurity controls and the ability to service policies to enforce these controls. * Certifications in GCP is a requirement * Bachelors degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience. -- Keywords: machine learning database information technology green card Opening for GCP engineer with NIST in Remote [email protected] |
