Job Description: -The Broker Ecosystem Optimization initiative is in need of strong MuleSoft development skills. -The CRM Development team is focused on building solutions to support the Broker Sales and Service Customer business domains around our Member, Provider, Broker, and Employer portal solutions. -As an IT Software Engineer the selected contractor will be responsible for developing and supporting solutions to advance these business domains utilizing mobile, web, cloud, and API technologies. -They will leverage their development knowledge and experience to guide internal and external developers to solve complex business problems. The Software Engineer will work independently or with a group of developers and with other subject matter experts to help design and build solutions for web and portal applications. Responsibilities: -Define, analyze, and review business, system requirements, technical requirements and prioritize tasks. -Write clean, testable code using Java programming languages, Mulesoft APIs and open source technologies like Angular and React. -Work with Azure Dev Ops, GIT and Pipelines. -Document development and operational procedures including implementing monitoring solutions. -Leverage industry standards and best practices for software development, including automated integration, test driven development, reusable code, object-oriented design, software configuration management. -Facilitate code reviews, unit testing, peer reviews and partner with QA to document test criteria. Required Qualifications: -Advanced working knowledge and skill of function obtained from degree studies. -Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience, plus 7 years of working experience beyond degree.
