Strong communication skills, work directly with business to finalize requirements. Design and develop Workday Prism Analytics solutions, including data pipelines and transformations, to support business reporting needs. Develop and maintain complex custom reports using Workday Report Writer and BIRT, including matrix, advanced, and custom reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, report generation, and BIRT development. Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and working with large datasets. Experience publishing data sources in Workday for use in reporting and analytics. Experienced to ingest external data, design data models with transformations and publish data sources. Experience with Report Writer and BIRT development.
