Title:- System Engineer Location: Folsom, NJ Local Only Start: ASAP Rate: $60-65/hour CTC All Inclusive Please mention Visa Status and location Must be a US citizen or Green card holder . Role is Hybrid and requires on site 2-3 days a week. NO EXCEPTIONS. 60- Summary Our of Microsoft Defender Application Control (WDAC) across approximately 1700 end-user machines, including laptops and desktops. This individual will serve as the primary point-of-contact for troubleshooting, reporting, and resolving issues during the deployment process. The role involves coordinating with end-users, providing technical support, and ensuring minimal disruption to users throughout the deployment. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Coordinate the phased deployment of Microsoft Defender Application Control (WDAC) across 1700+ end-user machines. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems during the roll-out. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Defender Application Control in real-time to minimize user impact. 4. Work with end-users to identify and address any compatibility or operational issues. 5. Utilize Microsoft tools such as Event Viewer and Power for diagnostics, monitoring, and reporting. 6. Apply application packaging concepts to ensure smooth deployment of WDAC. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address issues that arise during the roll-out process. 8. Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users throughout the deployment process Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in troubleshooting issues with Microsoft Defender Application Control. Strong familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Event Viewer, Power and related diagnostic utilities. Knowledge of application packaging concepts and deployment best practices. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users.
