Job Description:- Job Role:- Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Contractor Location :- CHICAGO, IL (Hybrid) Job description Looking for a CMDB contractor to support the strategy, planning, design and implementation Management performance on configuration management solutions. You will correct servicenow table to support. ITSM module experience with SerrviceNow CSDM model, servicenow discovery, mapping, and broad knowledge of IT infrastructure. WORK TO BE PERFORMED: The Configuration Management Database (CMDB) contractor will support the strategy, planning, design, implementation, management and performance of Configuration Management solutions that will effectively and efficiently support the strategic objectives and operational needs of the company Work with Technical stakeholders to define configuration items and classes, their attributes, and data collection that are important to support the 2025 Ovation launch which consists of custom products and persistent COTS. Work with the Discovery Administrators to create and implement service maps. Ensure timely population into the correct ServiceNow tables to support ITSM modules and business objectives.
