Looking On-site || Oracle Financials Functional Solution Architect || Brea, CA (Onsite) Job Description: 15+ years of relevant experience with deep expertise in Oracle EBS financial modules and have a proven track record of designing and implementing financial solutions in complex environments. Develop and document functional specifications, system design, and configuration settings. Implementation and Configuration: Strong configuration skills in Oracle EBS financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Extensive SOx and audit experience. Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migrations. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand financial processes and requirements. Provide expert advice and guidance on leveraging Oracle EBS to improve financial operations and reporting. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions. Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS financial systems. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and support teams. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials. Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of GXP and delivery in regulated environments / public companies. Exceptional analytical skills and high degree of initiative and flexibility. High customer orientation and quality of work products.
