Role: Salesforce Technical Architect Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Type: Contract Job Description: Ability to represent TFS in providing needed oversight to ongoing initiatives related to Salesforce. Individual with more than 10+ years of CRM experience and having greater than 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform functionalities, with cross-functional experience in enterprise-wide complex Salesforce CRM implementations. Experience in implementation of Salesforce.com product suite including Lightning Connect, Force.com, Wave Analytics, Service/Sales/Marketing/HR Clouds, Communities, and AppExchange. Experience in using release management and continuous integration tools, e.g., but not limited to GitHub, Copado. Ability to support new and start-up engagements working with different teams within the Service Ops portfolio, providing hands-on strategic direction setting, architecture design, and supporting the build-out of new teams. Leverage thorough understanding of business processes and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements. Ensure design and construction meet quality standards and that the testing and operational readiness tasks are conducted and produce quality results. Function as a point of escalation between the business customers and maintenance team, as well as with BTS Technical Operations/Application Support, BTS Architecture/COE teams, and other Technology teams. Experience in integration architecture and database design for applications, with familiarity in Information Management/Data Management being a plus. Demonstrated success as a Solution Architect on both large and small projects. Scrum/Waterfall Experience familiar with project management principles and common development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile. Proven ability to work effectively within IT, various vendors, and business teams to develop solutions that meet technology standards and business needs.
