Responsilities: Establish SLA for response/resolution for each type of ticket (user/DB/Schema provisioning, service account access provisioning etc.) Clear guidelines on reviewing/approving DB design or providing recommendations to DevOps teams for new projects Publish shift schedule for 24/7 support model and a phone number to call a resource on shift Clear breakdown of roles and responsibilities of everyone in the team Cost optimization approach and implementation on Snowflake. Identify the various aspects of Snowflake compute and storage management. Define the administrative tasks performed in support of the Snowflake Data Cloud. Apply Snowflakes recommended best practices and considerations for managing load operations and performance. Describe data governance in Snowflake, including column-level data security using secure views and dynamic data masking features. Explain the data definition language (DDL) operations that work with fundamental database objects. Apply strategies for Snowflake performance-tuning.
