Role: Cobol Developer With Java Location: Remote/Hybrid - must be based in DC, VA, MD. The selected candidate must be onsite in Reston, VA, as and when needed; the client will give enough notice. Duration: 12 months CTH Work authorization: Green Card or US Citizen Qualifications Must have application development expertise using the COBOL programming language and environments (CICS, JCL, TSO/ISPF, ChangeMan, Topaz...etc) Must have Java development experience to develop unit/integration test cases using Junit /TestNg. Experience with web services and an understanding of RESTful / SOA Services. Must have extensive experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Must have strong experience in continuous integration within a DevOps environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English). Must have experience with working on experience Java and related technologies such as Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Integration Must have experience with cloud technologies in AWS. Good to have experience working with API Management Tools. Good to have Experience working with GIT/BitBucket.
