Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Qualifications: Proven experience as a QA Tester for mobile applications and websites. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes including experience with release notes and intake meetings. Experience with cross-platform testing on various devices, including Apple iOS and Google Android devices, and different web browsers on desktops/laptops. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing in a fast-paced environment. Experience with automated testing tools is a plus. Experience in conducting regression testing with high efficiency. Proficient in using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure, Microsoft Excel etc. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes. Experience with usability testing and UX experience principles. Experience working with change management/change control/QA team processes.
