Job Title: Data Engineering Lead Consumer IAM Location: Zumbrota, MN (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities: 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. Strong experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or security domains. Expertise in building and managing large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) for IAM systems. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services (e.g., S3, Redshift, BigQuery). In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB), and data warehousing. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of encryption, tokenization, and other data protection mechanisms in the context of IAM. Familiarity with IAM standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP).
