Job Description:- Job Role:- Oracle Functional HCM Consultant (Benefits) Location :- Chicago IL (Hybrid) Contract We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional HCM Consultant with a strong focus on Benefits to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our Human Capital Management system, working closely with stakeholders to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions with a particular focus on Benefits. This role requires hands-on configuration and troubleshooting expertise in Oracle HCM, as well as experience with benefits modules. The candidate will be required to work onsite 2-3 days per month, with the remainder of the work being remote. Key Responsibilities: Oracle HCM Configuration: Configure and optimize Oracle HCM modules, with a specific focus on Benefits. Benefits Management: Implement and support benefits-related processes, including eligibility, enrollment, life events, and plan configurations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide functional expertise, and recommend system enhancements. Troubleshooting: Provide functional support for HCM issues, troubleshooting, and resolving system errors related to benefits processing. Testing & Documentation: Lead testing efforts for new functionality, upgrades, and enhancements. Maintain detailed documentation of system changes and user training materials. Onsite Visits: Attend onsite meetings 2-3 days per month to ensure alignment with business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM with strong knowledge of the Benefits module. Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of HCM Benefits processes, configurations, and integrations with other HCM modules. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues efficiently. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days a month onsite. Preferred Skills: Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll, Compensation, or Absence Management. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM is highly desirable. Experience with Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades is a plus.
