The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM, particularly in implementing and configuring the Benefits module. This role requires a consultant who can work collaboratively in a hybrid setting, with onsite presence required 2-3 days per month. Key Responsibilities: Manage Oracle HCM Benefits module implementations and configurations. Analyze and understand client requirements related to Benefits processes. Configure Oracle HCM to meet business requirements, specifically within the Benefits module. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and smooth workflows across modules. Provide functional expertise and support during system testing and validation. Conduct end-user training and ensure smooth knowledge transfer. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Oracle HCM Benefits processes. Provide post-go-live support and ongoing enhancements to ensure the system meets evolving business needs. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. Strong expertise in the Benefits module within Oracle HCM. Proven experience in implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Benefits. Ability to work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with 2-3 days per month onsite as required. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with other Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Core HR). Knowledge of HR business processes and policies. Familiarity with cloud and on-premises Oracle HCM environments. Location & Schedule: Hybrid work environment 2-3 days a month onsite.
