Can you please go through the requirements and let me know if you are interested in this position Job Title : SR Legacy System Developer Location: Austin, TX Hybrid Experience: 15+ years Duration: 12 months Job Description: The primary responsibility for this role is to develop and implement advanced solutions in alignment with CPAs standards, guidelines, and design documentation. The candidate will perform coding, testing, debugging, and provide high-quality solutions for large-scale enterprise systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with both technical and non-technical staff to ensure seamless coordination of changes prepare test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems meet availability and performance requirements. Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Candidate to work on the following initiatives and will perform advanced analysis/programming tasks such as: Participating in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle, including design, software development and code review. Performing extensive code reviews and analysis. Writing reports on code analysis to determine if industry standards and best practices are being followed; provide analysis to address found short comings. Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to existing development staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills : Experience with IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS Experience with IBM DB2 for z/OS Experience with MVS/JCL Experience with data integration and data quality Experience with Software AG's NATURAL Experience with highly complex application security requirements Experience with any of the Texas CPA Statewide Financial Systems: USAS, USPS, SPRS, TINS, HRIS and SPA Experience with Agile development experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint Thanks and regards, DIVYA | DIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC.
