The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MS Dynamics CRM configuration projects and familiarity with the Azure DevOps environment. Key Qualifications: 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on software projects, focusing on requirement analysis and documentation of functional and technical specifications. At least 2 years of experience specifically with MS Dynamics projects. Proven ability to gather requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing healthcare data. Proficient in working within an Azure DevOps environment. Strong experience in configuring MS Dynamics. Ability to triage change requests and incidents throughout all stages of design, development, testing, and training. Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience: Prior work experience in government and/or healthcare domains is strongly preferred. Proactive communicator and a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing business processes in the healthcare or government sectors.
