Involved in gathering business requirements, configuring OTL solutions, supporting implementation efforts, enhancements and providing post-implementation support. Over 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in the OTL module. Subject matter expert for the Oracle Cloud Absence Management module, ensuring the system configuration supports all absence-related processes Lead or assist in the implementation and configuration of the Absence Management module, including defining absence plans, accruals, eligibility rules, carryover policies, and absence balances. Ensure that the Absence Management system remains up-to-date with new legislative requirements, company policies, and best practices.
