If you specialize in ITOM Service Mapping and have a track record of driving results collaboratively with customers, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Conduct workshops with service owners to define service maps using ITOM Service Mapping. - Draft user stories to define and refine service maps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Implement service maps using available ITOM services as outlined in user stories. - Define Objectives, Processes, and KPIs specifically for Starbucks Service Mapping, aiming towards transitioning ownership to the eventual Starbucks process owner. - Guide the customer on achieving value through effective Objectives and KPIs in Service Mapping implementations. - Collaborate closely with account/product teams to align high-level direction with customer needs. - Develop and document processes using customer tools, ensuring clarity and efficiency. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, focusing on ITOM Service Mapping. - Expertise in conducting and facilitating workshops with service owners. - Ability to draft clear and actionable user stories for service mapping initiatives. - Hands-on experience implementing service maps using ITOM services within ServiceNow. - Consultative approach with a track record of driving results and achieving customer satisfaction.
