Job description -

The Business Analyst is a key role responsible for driving
business efficiency and problem-solving. This individual will collaborate with
various departments to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for
improvement, and implement solutions. The successful candidate will possess
strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business requirements, and
the ability to lead and mentor other team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze business
processes and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with
stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

Develop and execute test
plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Provide guidance and
support to other team members.

Create and release
documentation related to system changes and enhancements.

Actively participate in
a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Skills and Abilities:

Advanced knowledge of
agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate
business requirements into technical specifications.

Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational
and time management skills.

Detail-oriented and
results-driven.

Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Education:

Minimum 4 years of experience
in the insurance or financial services industry.

Experience with life
insurance and annuity business processes.

Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience.
